How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For UK customers we aim to get your Dolly Clone within 7 to 10 days, but at busy times it may take longer for your doll to arrive. If you need your Dolly Clone by a particular date or for a specific event, please e-mail orders@dollyclone.co.uk before placing an order so we can arrange an expedited production of your doll and its outfits. If we can, we will always do our best to get your unique Dolly Clone to you for your special occasion and e-mail you with confirmation of our intended despatch date.

What are the postal charges?

Delivery within the UK by 1st class mail is free of charge (uninsured)

Delivery within the UK by Royal Mail Special Delivery which is fully insured costs £5.95.

Deliveries outside the UK are charged at £9.95 for Europe.

We quote separately for all deliveries outside Europe before we start to make your Dolly Clone.

Do I have to pay import charges?

Some countries charge import duties on luxury items such as dolls. We suggest you check with your local Customs Office to enquire whether any duty is payable.  All duties and taxes are payable by the customer in the country the Dolly Clone is delivered. Our delivery charges are strictly FOB.
