Do you have a catalogue?

We don’t have a printed catalogue; our full product range and availability is shown on this website.

 

How can I contact you by phone?

Our phone number is XXXXXXX, the helpline is available from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. (U.K. time) on weekdays only.

 

About Payments

 

What cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro, Solo and Electron cards.

 

Can I pay by any other method?

Is it safe to order online?

Absolutely. We use a very high level of encryption, ensuring that your card details are totally secure.

 

Do you retain the image which I sent to you?

Yes, we retain the image on our secure back-up system for about one year. After that time, it is permanently deleted from our computer records.

 

Why do you need to modify the image I send to you?

Our manufacturing systems require the image used to create the face of your Dolly Clone is a specific size so the face is printed correctly. Therefore, we may need to modify your image to ensure we achieve the best possible look for your Dolly Clone. Also, we must control the colours of the image to produce a good skin tone match, so the colour palate of the screen image had to match that required in our manufacturing process.

 

Can I order another Dolly Clone which is the same as the one I have already received?

Yes, if you order within one year of the original order, then we can use exactly the same image, so within the limitations or our manufacturing process the new Dolly Clone will be the same as the original.

 

Do you let other people have access to my pictures?

No, we never let images leave our control, unless we are obliged to do so by a court of law in England.

 

Why do I have to certify that I can use the photograph I have submitted to you?

You must have permission from the copyright holder of any photograph you ask us to use for making your Dolly Clone. If you created the photograph yourself, then you will almost certainly own the copyright, so are free to use the image. If someone else created the photograph, then you must ask their permission to use it. If you don’t ask permission, it is possible for the copyright owner to ask for a payment called a royalty for you to use the picture, or they can ask you to destroy the Dolly Clone which we have made for you.

 

Can the Dolly Clone be used by children as a toy?

All Dolly Clone’s have a label which shows they are suitable for children over the age of 2 years to play with. All the U.K. regulations are fully complied with at the time your Dolly Clone is manufactured.

 

What information do you keep about me and my order?

For legal reasons, we have to keep all information needed to make your Dolly Clone for seven years. Then it is all destroyed. (The only exception are photographs which are deleted from our systems after one year)
